From the time I called until the time the repair had been completed was no more 3 hours total. Interactions with the Customer Service Representative and the technican were timely, prompt and courteous. The only reasons I gave 4 stars: No paper or electronic invoice provided, nor was a sticker applied to the door to remind as to whom to call should service again be required - all of which a pretty much standard protocol today. So I'll try to hang on to the emails associated with the call.
