Ryan was great. I had a broken spring on a Sunday morning and Ryan arrived within 90 minutes of me calling for service. He pointed out other worn items that contributed to the broken spring. He went over all my options with me and even though I had all of the door mechanisms replaced he had the work completed with an hour. Showed me what he did and proved the door was properly balanced. Very satisfied.

The technician completed the work in an efficient and professional manner. He called to let me know when he would arrive and arrived on time (this rarely happens with any service company). He quickly assessed the issue, explained what was needed now and what would most likely be needed in the future without trying to push unnecessary parts or labor. I was very happy with Precision's pricing and service and will continue to use them as needed in the future.
