I had the pleasure of having Josh P. service the garage by replacing both springs. Now, I must say... a tech who stops to buy lemonade from the kiddos down the street gets an A+ in my book for a first impression AND representation of a great company. :) He was very thorough in explaining what he was going to be doing and showing me other issues that might need addressing in the future (but was NOT at all that annoying pushy kinda sales guy). Oh, and let's not forget to mention service the same day I called. ... so, would I recommend Precision Doors??.... definitely a yes.

Called yesterday and they were able to send out a tech the next morning named Mike. Guy was super friendly, told me exactly what was wrong and needed to be repaired, and had the whole job done in 20 mins! Price was the best after shopping around, will definitely use these guys again.

Our phone call on a Sunday was answered by a helpful employee who set up an appointment for the next morning. Mike was timely and very personable and professional. Service was explained and done well and we would call precision again for any garage door needs. We liked the Bio with photo to know who would be showing up at our home.
