Our garage door stopped operating completely. We contacted Precision who sent a technician within 2 days. Marlon was very professional. He checked the springs, the door, the remote and anything else related to the operation of door. Well, due to the opener being over 25 years old, the entire operating system needed to be replaced (as expected). We were shown the options that were available and descriptions of the differences. Marlon immediately went to work. He installed the new opener, programmed the remote controls, helped me set up the keypad and showed me other optional features that I still need to set up. He took the old opener and springs and left no mess. I highly recomend Precision and would use them again.

No problem with mechanic but $444.27 almost cost me as much for the door and motor I got from you a few years ago. All I got was a new remote and a metal bar to keep the door from bending at the top that should of been answer when 1st installed. The star rating is for the cost of the repair.

Every step in this process was so smooth. Got a call from Corey in the morning asking if they could come earlier, which I greatly appreciated. All issues were fixed. This was a total ripoff. I requested a new garage opener for which I payed 400.00 for, because the person sent by the company did an “inspection” of the system which I never authorized. He did propose about 1,500.00 for refurbishment which I most heartily declined, however I was stuck with the 400.00 fee.
