It was a pleasure dealing with Precision Garage Door. The employees were all so helpful starting from the lady who came to give me an estimate who was very informative and explained everything I needed to know. I can’t say enough good things about Prince the person who installed the door. He was very friendly, courteous and extremely a hard worker. When he was done installing the door he took the time to explain how to use my motorized door and answered any questions that I had. I was extremely happy with Precision Garage Door and the work they did installing my garage door!!!!

Called Precision again because they had done a good job many years ago replacing a lock. This time my manual garage door was very hard to open, the original spring had rusted and my rollers were worn. George called me to give me notice that he was on his way. He was courteous and efficient and even helped me move stuff that was in the way. He repaired what needed to be done and replaced the rubber molding around the door. Our service tech was George Albert. He was on time and courteous. He was very thorough and answered all of my question. He discussed my options after he reviewed what needed to be done. After the install he explained how everything worked. He even went so far as to sweeping my garage floor. Very pleased with this company and especially George. The good news is you sent me the right service man. My original installation was not right. The springs were wrong which was destroying the motor. How would I know. Until the messsge kept popping up on the opener that the door was too heavy. So hopefully this will be resolved

I needed my garage door repaired. This company's service was unbelievable!... From the courteous and helpful customer service department to the technician which performed the service. I made the appointment and they arrived within the day. Their follow through is amazing from a confirmation email to a confirmation text and a confirmation phone call. The technician gives you a 30 minute heads up as to when they will be arriving at your home.(So you don't need to be waiting around completely unsure of their arrival time). During these Covid times he arrived with his mask on and properly kept his social distance. Ryan was our technician and he was kind, courteous and thorough! Our garage door is now working like a dream! I was extremely pleased with Precion Door's service from beginning to end and would recommend them 100%!!

Even though I elected to include a new opener which was not technically necessary at this time, I never felt I was being unsold. It was necessary to bring the house into code. Very satisfied.

Precision is fantastic. Same day service. Tim was at my home at the time promised. Diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable price for the repair. Greg and Jeff came with the part first thing the next morning and installed the parts in 10 minutes. They explained the repair, explained the options, and once we decided they were very neat and polite. A real pleasure to do business with, we will recommend Precision to all our friends, family and neighbors.
