The technician came within the timeframe I was told. One of the reasons I chose your company was the lady I spoke to set up the appointment was she said the technician had all the parts to repair my garage door on the truck. Other companies I called said they would come on a Saturday to give me an estimate, but would have to return another day. I was pleasantly surprised to learn I would not have to pay extra because it was a Saturday.

We needed a new gasket on the bottom of our garage door. I found Precision Door Service through an online search. Called and set up an appointment. Our service technician Joe Leonard arrived on time, he was pleasant and knowledgeable, and got right to work. Had the gasket installed in a few minutes. He looked over our door to see if anything else needed attention. We would recommend this company.

My technician was Joe Leonard. He let me know that he was running late with his appointments. My window was 2 -6 pm and he doubted he would be with me by 6.00 pm, but would still come out to make the repair for me. I was able to re-schedule for the next day (10-2 pm). Joe called ahead of time and arrived at noon. He was able to fix my remote control door opener and also programmed an additional remote opener for me. I would not hesitate to call Precision again.

Precision was very nice to deal with from the person answering the phone to the technicians on the job. Mike P & Chris were very nice and polite to myself and my whole family. Mike was very educational and took the time to explain the situation(s) & optional forward steps. Once work was agreed, they were very efficient & neat. While pricing new garage doors and openers for my 2 car garage, Mike and Taylor were assigned to make an estimate. Mike called with an arrival time and was right on time. Both Mike and Taylor were professional, yet friendly. They thoroughly explained my options and made sure that I understood them. They carefully measured and recorded each door's measurements. Afterwards, they wrote up an invoice while verifying my options. It was due to their professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine interest in making me, the customer, happy that I choose to go with Precision for my new garage doors and openers.
