I will start off by saying thank you to Kevin for prompt, on-time arrival. Great explanation of overall condition of door, components, and functionality. I did not need any repairs components replaced; however, Kevin's recommendation fell right in with the preventive maintenance I was wanting done. Rollers, cables, new springs (where there was only one before from the builder). Quick, clean, and accurate work. I would definitely recommend Precision Door. 5-Stars yes because of the customer service, timeliness and overall service. Only detractor (and I understand operating costs) perhaps waive the "service fee" if work/parts exceeds that fee. If you need door work done, call this company.

My tech was Austin! He was very informative and an all around good guy. He was not forceful with an upsell, although he did let me know his recommendations for service and it seemed very fair, especially after doing my own research. He knew exactly what he was doing and answered all of my questions as he performed the service. He was in and out with a job well done!
