Everything about this experience was exceptional. The office staff were friendly and professional, and I got an appointment quickly. The technician, Stone, was knowledgeable and friendly. He identified the problem with the garage door immediately, and also made us aware of additional services that could extend the life of the mechanism. We were presented with options and prices on the spot. We ultimately chose the basic repair, which was exactly what was quoted over the phone. We will use them again.

Our garage door works better than when it was brand new thanks to your extremely knowledgeable and super friendly service (speedy too)! Max did a great job of tightening, adjusting and lubricating my two garage doors! He also re-programmed my remotes, and a keypad. Wow, the difference in door operation noise is amazing. The doors made so much noise during operation before the service, and now they sound so much better.

Terrible experience, quote was not accurate, tech was trying to up sell services. I had 1 broken spring on one side, it cost $248 to replace both springs. Tech wanted me to pay $700 to have them do a complete once over I said no, option 2 was $400, again I said no. I just wanted the broken spring replaced. So now I’m out $248 and my garage door doesn’t go all the way down. Tech said if I would have paid the $700 it would have worked fine. This is not a good company, and I would not recommend this company.

They certainly get 5 star in all areas. Very professional from appointment scheduling to asking questions to determine repair problem. Robert was technician who came out. He evaluated problem with door and gave me suggestions on best method of repair including all cost. Made repair and checked other parts of door to determine if repairs were needed. Again, Robert was very professional, did excellent job and cannot say enough about his customer service. Highly recommend this company. Will use them in the future and recommend them to others.
