Outstanding from initial contact with Denali at Customer Service to Corey's completion of inspection, tune-up and better-than-new reconditioning. It took one call to receive a quote for inspection and schedule same day service. My garage door was thoroughly serviced two years ago by another Angies Lister but the result lacked an elevated degree of satisfaction. The herky-jerky starts and caster wobbles were in an acceptable range but naggingly worrisome. Precision's technician, Corey, arrived same morning of my call displaying a most pleasant personality and confident bearing. Corey spent time inspecting the door and created a comprehensive analysis that he shared with me. Corey gave me options including but not limited to basic service. I opted for a reconditioning that results in my garage door operating better than new. The door is now perfectly balanced, aligned and smooth from start-roll to stop-roll. ...oh, and Corey did not need to replace the springs but demonstrated a technique that I could use to determine when the springs needed replacement. That saves me $$$!
