Stone came in, spotted the problem, and fixed it in no time. Key to his service was the thorough safety inspection that he did. His assessment of the broken garage door opening-closing system was right on target. He provided me with three options. The system was old and it needed a complete rebuild. That's the route we took. The garge door works like new. Thanks to Stone, Amber who set up the job, and to Precision for the timely, professional service. I recommend Precision to all who require garage door service.

"Kevin" arrived at my house, promptly (within the timeframe expected), pleasant in demeanor, and took the time to "listen" to my description of garage door 'symptoms'/issues I was experiencing. From start-to-finish, "Kevin" was a Professional. It was apparent throughout his project of repairing and making my garage door mechanics/mechanisms whole and functioning properly again, his end objective was for a positive customer outcome & experience. "Kevin" even solidified this with an unexpected personal follow-up visit the very next morning with him citing "...on my way to...just wanted to double-check and see how the (repaired garage) door is doing...". Wow! SO refreshing and restores my faith in knowing there are still "Professionals" out there like "Kevin". Thank you "Kevin"!!
