The call center took my call on a Sunday and scheduled a technician for the following day. The technician arrived ahead of schedule and promptly reviewed the damage on my garage door. He made some recommendations and made the necessary repairs in under an hour. Super efficient and the work was priced fairly.

Door would reverse when closing. Would not work at all with remotes. Only way to get door closed was to hold down wall button 'til door was completely closed & even then it would sometime reverse. Technician checked out everything, installed new rollers & springs ($560). Two days later (2nd time using door since repair was made) SAME PROBLEM !!!

We had our garage door repaired today. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He was on time and completed the repair work in 45 min. He informed us of an additional improvement we could have chosen to do, however he was not pushy in trying to sell the service. Overall, we were very happy with Precision Door Service.
