04/27/21 - My technician today was Max. Max inspected the entire garage door system and assessed correctly that a complete extension overhaul was required. He thoroughly explained the function of all of the components that were either broken or were worn out. He took the time to answer all of my questions as the work was being performed. After the work was completed the garage door performed as it did when it was new (20 years ago). Max is a very conscientious and professional technician who knows his trade. Would recommend him highly without any reservation to any of my neighbors. In fact, I will be doing just that. Thanks Max!

I have rarely written online reviews but felt compelled to post something based on my experience with Precision over the past 24 hours. I called to schedule an appointment to have my noisy, lurching garage door repaired and received a next-day appointment. On the day of the appointment Suzanne proactively reached out to me to let me know that they were missing a technician today due to an illness. The other techs were picking up his appointments. So Max calls 20 minutes before he arrives - only slightly outside the window of my scheduled time slot. Max was a consummate professional and overhauled both garage doors (replaced lift and safety springs, new pulleys, rollers, loop springs, re-torqued, lubed and adjusted my existing garage door openers). What a transformation! Opening and closing the doors is now super quiet and silky smooth! This company is fantastic.

TWIMC: I received an email from Tina advising the appointment for Sat -1/9/15 could not be done and requested Sun - 1/10/15 instead. I mentioned to Tina Sun would not work and therefore the appointment was untimely canceled. As a result of the cancelation, I was not home for the tech who called me for service. I am uncertain where the confusion took place. I also mentioned to Tina the door appears to be working and was hesitant to have the tech come out for no reason. If the problem persists, I will make another appointment. I will send Tina an email as well concerning the above.
