The technician was prompt and courteous . He inspected and tested the garage door equipment and explained what problems he found. He replaced with new equipment needed for the door quickly and explained how to use. We are very pleased with the speed and efficiancy !!

DISHONEST!! I contacted precision door for an estimate on 3 new doors. I paid my $85 service fee, Kevin came out and I was told I would have a quote in a few days. It has been over a month and I have not received anything. I have called numerous times and each time I am given a different answer from “they don’t know” to “they will get right back to me”. I wouldn’t hire them to do any work for me or my company. I also would not pay them their service fee. They will take your money and provide you with zero service. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Dishonest companies should be held accountable.

Service scheduled between 2 and 4 PM. Called at 1:30 to be there at 2 PM. On time and Excellent service replaced 2 door springs in a timely manner. Reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone.

Called in the morning (8:30 am) and was scheduled for an appointment between 4 pm and 6 pm. Technician called at 4 pm saying he would arrive at around 5 pm. Arrived on time, and provided outstanding service. Had to have torsion spring replaced but based on his inspection and expertise, we went ahead and had all the other pulleys, wires and rods replaced. The job was completed about 1 1/4 hours later. Very very pleased with the results!
