I did not, but my wife did. I think she picked them because they were close. When the individual came to look our doors over firsthand, he was great, not intimidating at all. knowledgeable and friendly. He explained all my options in a clear and concise manner. GREAT job.

Precision exceeded my expectations. Matthew called thirty minutes ahead of his arrival time to inform me he would be there at the scheduled time. Upon arrival Matthew got work right away, assessed the situation and located the issue. I was then given different options to choose from in regards to rectifying the issue. Matthew was very thorough when explaining the options. His work was done in an efficient and timely manner. I would most definitely use Precision again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a thorough and honest company to assist them with garage door issues. Thank you Matthew!!
