I was extremely please with the customer service of the technician Cody Puffinburger. He was professional and courteous. I received a phone call prior to arriving with his ETA. He explained every aspect of this repair. He was knowledgeable and detailed. I selected this company by the favorable reviews, I totally agree with them all and highly recommend this company. Mr Puffinburger is from the Fredericksburg location.

The Precision experience was A+. I scheduled an appointment through Suzanne. She was extremely helpful and set the whole excellent experience into motion. Max came out to install a new garage door opener (the old one was decades old). He diagnosed the entire lift system and made helpful recommendations which would make the new opener operate as intended. He was knowledgable, patient, and efficient. These guys are the best.
