Outstanding service! Garage door spring broke late Saturday afternoon and the technician was able to come Sunday afternoon with no weekend charge. He replaced the springs and also suggested replacing three bearings which were wearing out. He also changed the mounting of the door, which had not been done correctly when the door was originally installed. I would use this company again without hesitation.

VERY EXPENSIVE. CHARGED 85 FOR WORK TICKET, BUT ONLY GAVE ESTIMATES THAT WERE ALL ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I WANTED TO DO AND WAS 2-3 TIMES MORE THAN QUOTED OVER THE PHONE. SHOULDN'T CHARGE $85 DOLLARS JUST TO END UP GIVING A QUOTE. BOGUS

My previous, really old garage door was unsafe, had strange wiring, and finally just died on me - on a Saturday. Precision agreed to come out the next day. Matthew, the technician, was fast, knowledgeable, and courteous. I probably could have saved money by buying my own opener, but I couldn't have done the job Matthew and his partner did. I'm really pleased with how responsive the company was, the product installed, and mostly the technician. I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

Kevin assessed the problem and repaired/performed maintenance on the garage doors in a timely manner. He also demonstrated his extensive knowledge and abilities on garage doors and explained in destail the questions I asked. The garage doors are working better than ever before.
