I was able to speak to someone via Live Chat at roughly 6am on a Saturday....WHAT?! Very impressed with the professionalism of the online help, as well as Colby, the technician who arrived at my house BEFORE his scheduled window of 8-10am. (He was even going to pick me up coffee at Starbucks on his way!) He rescued my car from my garage within 15 minutes, and left me with a competitive bid to replace the garage door I had backed into just hours before. I HIGHLY recommend this company, and I will definitely use them the next time I pull a bonehead move like backing into my door!

I contacted Precision because our garage door wouldn't always open and close. It was very frustrating. We had previously had it serviced by another company and it still didn't work right. Precision came out the same day I called and found a loose wire in the door opener motor which was shorting and causing the problem. The only expense to us was the service call. On-Time! Very thorough. Lubricated every hinge and rollers. Tightened the screws to the hinges and the tracks. Inspected the springs and cables. Not only did he check out the garage door but the electric door opener and its components as well and made adjustments. Other companies just looked at the hinges and rollers.

Josh was great. Professional, courteous, and quick (less than 2 hours for a full lift system overhaul). I called Precision at 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon and Josh was at my door at 3:00, done before 5:00. Couldn't be happier. My repair ended up costing more than I would have hoped, but the convenience and quality was worth it. Would use again and highly recommend. Ask for Josh if you can.

The spring broke on my garage door so I called my sister (who had just used Precision 2 days earlier) to ask her who she called for repairs. Since it was Christmas evening I sent an email requesting service and within 30 minutes I received a call to set up an appointment for the next day. The technician (Brad) was very nice and professional. He explained what needed to be done and had the job done in about 3 hours. My entire experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent. I would highly recommend them if you are having problems with your garage door. I would rate Precision Garage Door at a 5+.

We had an emergency! One of the garage door springs had broken, and our cars were "trapped" in the garage. It was past normal working hours. Calls to other companies were no help. Our long-standing company, where we had done business for many years, was the least responsive - "maybe tomorrow sometime, but we're busy." COLBY CAME OUT AFTER HOURS, INSPECTED AND REPAIRED THE DOOR, AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SERVICE WAS FIVE STAR! I had 2 new insulated garage doors installed 3 months back. One of them needed an adjustment. Technician Jess Averson arrived at the appointment time and diagnosed the problem immediately. He provided the solution and did the required work in a very professional manner. I asked if he could do an adjustment to the other door because it was very heavy to lift manually. It took him about 5 minutes to make the adjustment. I am very pleased with all of the people who work for Precision Door. From the installers, to the Technicians, to all of the office staff, you are all professionals. Jess Aversion is a perfect technician because he's there to make the customer happy. I was so impressed at how quickly we had a technician at our door! We were given a 2-hour time slot which was honored and even a courtesy call by the driver when he was on his way. Unfortunately we needed a whole new opener but it was installed and working perfectly in 90 minutes!
