YES, Jeremy DiPietro met my expectations as someone coming to my home to install new Garage Doors for customer. He arrived on time, backed his truck in my driveway after, introducing himself to me he looked around at his work space, then he went to his work truck and began working non-stop. He was courteous and professional. I was surprised that he did not have a partner to assist with with installation. He informed me that he does all of his installations by himself. He represented Precision Garage Doors very well. I am very happy and satisfied with my new doors inside and outside. Thank you for my beautiful garage doors inside and outside.

I called on Tuesday night at 8:00 PM. The call service was polite (even cheerful) as she responded to my concerns and made an appointment for the very next day between noon and 2:00. The technician (John Patton) called me when he was 15 minutes out and well within their service window. He assess the problem and not only addressed my immediate needs, he helped give options that were preventative in nature as well. He explained each option in detail and there was no “hard sell” for one of the more expensive options. We settled for something in between that gave me the confidence that i wouldn’t be calling in a few weeks for the door that was not giving me immediate problems. John was incredibly professional and efficient. He used “my pleasure” as I thanked him for his work. Truly a great employee.

Our garage stopped working, not even the remotes would work. A friend gave me the name and number for Precision, he had some repairs done by them. We had another company come out 1st and right away they said we needed new panels, BUT once Precision came out, they showed me what was wrong and we only needed some repairs!! Precision was thorough and the repairman walked me through the process of what he needed to do. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We do need upgrades to our panels and when that time comes, WE ARE CALLING PRECISION to do the work!!! Thank you so very much, we saved hundreds of dollars by going with Precision.
