Got your name from our next door neighbor who just had a garage door opener installed a week ago. They were very satisfied so we went with their recommendation. Serviceman actually came 6 hours before they were originally scheduled. Very courteous technician. We had been talking about getting an opener previously but had not acted on it. As it happened, 3 days after our neighbor's installation one of our door cables broke. We called the next day and were scheduled for the following day. Overall we were very satisfied with the work. One area for improvement would be for the technician to clean up better after completing the job. There were lots of small wiring clippings all over the garage. It didn't take long to sweep them up, but it made our rating 4 stars instead of 5. We had rollers, hinges, springs, cables and cable drums replaced in addition to getting a garage door opener which we did not have before.
