Precision is amazing! Not only did they install the best garage doors I have ever owned, and reasonably priced, they back up their service with exceptional follow through. Got mine installed a few years ago, have been error free. Recently had trouble with one opening and closing on it’s own, thought to myself….here we go! So instead of calling another company, call them this morning at 10am, they quickly confirmed a technician for same day, between 12pm and 2pm, technician called at 12 and arrived at 12:20pm. Result, no mechanical issue, my LED bulbs that hang from the garage were triggering off the sensor, only need to replace 2 bulbs with non-LED….best part, wait for it…no charge! Unheard of today, again….simply amazing! Single best customer service experience I have ever had! Thank you Precision…!
