Two techs came out today because my garage door would close and then open up again. It has done it before but then worked ok. Jeremy came out and adjusted the door so it shut heavier. Hope that makes sense. Whenever the techs have come out they have always been professional and friendly. I'm glad I bought my doors and openers from Precision.

Awesome service! Called in at 8:45AM and Justin was on site by 12:30. Installed new springs, rollers, and adjusted/balanced the door. Also set the limits on the existing garage door opener and threw in 2 light bulbs for it. Said LED’s that I had in would limit “remote” distance and they did. Highly recommend them/him and hopefully won’t need to see him (not by choice but door is fixed)
