To Whom It May Concern: I just needed new garage door remotes programed to the garage door opener itself. It was a simple task but I was not willing to get up on a ladder to program it and not do it correctly. So that's why I contacted your company for something that may seem very insignificant to other people but not me. Also, the technician gave me an update about what's needed for the garage to continue to make it run well. If I need garage doors later in the future, I will consider your company or if anything else goes wrong with the doors. Thank you very much for your service.
