Brandon came for the service call. My garage door key pad wouldn’t work to open my door. I got my remote opener to move it a little and was able to get it up. My car was in the garage along with 3 screws on the ground. Brandon thought about what would work the best because just screwing it back up wouldn’t hold. He also replaced my d keypad and installed a button if I got stuck in the garage I could get out . Thank you Brandon. Would call again A+

Could not have used a better service. Big Mike Miller our service tech was awesome. Arrived on time and performed all the repairs with no problems. He pointed out some things that needed to be done and we were lucky that he showed us the problem because it could have ended up causing some damage to the home. Needed emergency service on a single garage door that wouldn't raise due to a broken spring. Precision's website is informative and has visual appeal. I especially liked the fact they offer same day service. The dispatcher was courteous and understanding.
