My experience was great. After having a terrible experience with another company, your service professional was superior in every way. He listened to my complaint and then proceeded to get work. Instead of just listening to the motor and telling me it needed to be replaced as the previous person did, he actually got on his ladder and looked at the motor. He replaced two small parts and the door is working fine! He explained what he was doing the whole time. The parts were on the truck so he didn't have to come back on another day. I was totally satisfied with the work and the professional attitude of the service person. Great Job. I will not hesitate to recommend your company.
