I had a problem with my garage door remotes and I called Precision. My first time doing so. Within a few minutes I had an appointment and within an hour or so the technician was here and called beforehand to let me know he was on his way. The problem was fixed in no time and he inspected the rest of the equipment before leaving. The technician was polite, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again if needed.

The company was OUTSTANDING!!!! One morning my garage door would not open. That same morning, two men came within 2 hours to fix it. I could not believe the quick service I had! They did a great job replacing the springs that broke and put on new rollers. My garage door is so quiet now I love it and never had so much fun opening my doors lol. Josh came to my house today to inspect my door sensors . He took the time to explain a lot of the mechanisms that go into making the door open and close smoothly. Very detailed explanations, which I hope I can remember. But then he also boiled it down to simple, every-day language. He also gave me trouble shooting pointers if my issue ever occurs again. He adjusted the green sensor and now everything works like a charm
