Precision is great. And Jason was wonderful. I wish we would’ve called them a year ago instead of my husband trying to fix the garage door opener himself. We ended up purchasing a new updated model which ended up being cheap then replacing the older model and we couldn’t be happier. I’m just sorry we waited to long to contact them suffering with manually opening the garage for two years.

I very much appreciated the professionalism of the representatives of the company. Beginning with the telephone receptionist and how she set up a convenient time for the service technician to come to do the work to the technician, Brandon, who clearly explained our options for repairs and their costs and his efficient repair work. I was quite surprised that he was able to do the repairs on the same day that he gave us the estimates. Brandon was courteous and professionally and explained the repairs, the warranty, and the details of the operation of the door opener. I was most satisfied with all aspects of the Precision team.

Precision Door provides great service with a quick response time. Service technician John did a great job rebuilding & aligning our overhead garage door and replaced the old motor. I was having follow-up issues, but it turns out it's my electrical connection with an on/off switch causing my problem. The new motors require constant power.
