My old door was falling apart and needed to be replaced, badly. I called five or six different for companies and only two called back. The other company wanted me to do framing work for a new door install myself. Precision showed up with a display truck, showed me several options and gave me two different estimates based on price. I put half down and they ordered my door, they called me when it came in. The next day, the door was being installed. The installer had my old door and tracks down safely in less than five minutes. It was actually impressive to watch. The new door, tracks and springs were installed in an equally impressive timeframe. There was a tiny insignificant dent in one panel which was pointed out to me by the installer. He offered to have it replaced for my complete satisfaction but honestly now that the door is installed, I don’t even know where that dent is. My new door goes up and down so easy that my ten year old can open and close it with ease. It looks great and seals off the inside from the outside completely, no light or air comes through anywhere. I couldn’t be happier with Precision Door and would recommend them to anyone.
