Was having garage door opener problems so pulled your Valpak ad and gave a call. I was given a same day appointment. The tech Aaron Bean was friendly and informative as to my problems which were many. My decision was to replace my 22 year old motor. Aaron was able to do the work immediately and in 3 hours I had a safe and working door. Thank you Aaron for giving us the safety of a properly working door.
