I had an issue with my door not opening 1at appt. Door had maintenance work done. 2nd appt. Which was about 2 weeks later the spring popped and pully came down. 3rd appt. Door would close 3quarters of the way then slam down. It took 3 app is to get the door fixed but Precision came back every time till it was fixed no questions asked. Justin the technician was very patient while trying to make the repairs. Precision stands behind their work and all make sure you are happy when they leave.
