I had no idea who to call when the springs and motor failed on the garage door. In searching the web I came across Precision Door Service, after reading the all the reviews I decided to give them a call. Precision arrived an hour early, very professional, top notch technicians. Cal Langford explained everything and it took about an hour to get everything installed. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone, Cal and Jamie did an excellent job on the install, can't say enough about these two guys. You don't find excellent service like this now-a-days, stay the course. Thanks.

Fast response and great service! I have used them for 15 years and never call anyone else when I need service for my door. Each customer service rep does a great job of informing you of your options, offering you multiple options. They never try to get you to buy things you do not need but they always give you your options and inform you of things that you may need in the future!

My garage door suspension cable in spring Broke. We found this as sign to replace our old out of date door so we needed a quote. My wife and I had a really good idea want we wanted and Shawn brought it into focus. Shawn was very helpful, patient, and very informative. I would recommend him to anyone.

Precision door installed a garage door for my family. I heard about Precision from a good friend. The entire process from salesman to installation, the service we received was excellent. Furthermore, we had an issue with our door a couple months after install. Precision stood behind their work and repair the issues seamlessly, pain free, and promptly (again with great service). We received same day service from a courteous technician. Zach called in advance, requested and was able to arrive early, performed the work quickly, adjusted the garage door opener for the new springs and was out the door. Very good service.
