Our technician Andrew was very courteous, professional and even helped my husband reset his garage door opener. He was even able to get to our house earlier then we expected. I had a broken spring on my double garage door and I called Precision door to get the spring replaced. In less than 2 hours a repairman named Shawn was at my house to repair the door. Shawn was outstanding, very professional and did a great job. I have used Precision before when I had then install my openers. Outstanding company and I highly recommended them for any garage door work needed.

Our technician Adam Pellegrine tried the simple and least expensive possible solution first which we appreciated but in the end we ended up needing a new garage door opener to replace the old and outdated one we had.
