I received several quotes; their pricing was the lowest and their pricing model the most simple including the options. The salesman was friendly and courteous, informative, answered our questions in a straight-forward manner, and did not try to over-sell. The doors arrived ahead of the stated lead-time. Eli the installer arrived on time, was professional, answered our questions, reviewed the finished work with me, demonstrated the door operation, and informed me about door maintenance and the recommended frequency. The finished product is exactly what we wanted.

We called precision door because one of the springs broke on our garage door. Brett was our consultant and confirmed he was on the way in a text that included an ID pic. Note: same day response. Brett inspected the door and opener, identified issues and provided several repair options with explanations. Brett is knowledgeable and explained all of the work that was completed. I am very satisfied with Precision Door.

One of our 2 garage doors was difficult to open (it does not have an automatic opener). Will was the technician who we were blessed with. He quickly identified the problem and efficiently made adjustments so that the door is now easy to open and lift. He also proceeded to inspect and service our larger door and explain to us what we needed to do in order to keep it in good working order. He was pleasant, courteous, and excellent at his job. This is the third time in 28 years that we have called on Precision to help us with our garage doors. We have never been disappointed.
