Our garage door spring broke on a Friday evening. I called several local places but they were unable to come out until med week, which wasn't an option since my car was stuck in the garage. Called Precision and they made an appointment to come out early the next morning. The technicians on the phone were friendly and courteous. Brady arrived right on time and was professional, courteous, and honest. He quickly replaced the spring on our garage door. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience. The office call went well and scheduled us in a timely and convenient manner. We received a text when the technician was on the way, with a picture and profile of the technician. Glen did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and it took him less than an hour to complete the job. There was a $50 coupon on the website that we were able to use to help with the cost.

Will arrived very promptly and I greatly appreciated that. He explained everything to me that would fix my garage door to my liking. Some things were optional and others not. Then he told me what the cost would be for each procedure. Even though it was extremely cold in my garage Will took the time to do everything I wanted. The cost was reasonable. Joel Rife is absolutely fantastic. Complete professional, very thoughtful, and intelligent. Thought through the problem and was able to fix it. In addition, the company was unbelievably responsive. I called for an appointment at 11am and had a technician at my house by 1:40pm.

He was very good at what he does and explained what he was doing and why throughout the repair and completed the job quickly.
