This is the second time I’ve used Precision and the second time I’ve ended up being a very satisfied customer. The techs that have showed up were very knowledgeable and professional. Today it was William. He showed up when promised. Then took the time to explain to me the issue at hand. And then we finished, spent a few minutes explaining how best to care for my garage door going forward. In a nutshell, I would highly recommend Precision. I gave them a 5 star rating and it doesn’t seem like enough.

Wow, less than 48 hours from initial phone call to completion of all required effort. This was awesome and so was the whole experience. The work performed only included what we really needed. When I called, they said they could have a technician out that same day. He called to me to see if was ok if he got here about an hour early. My technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very nice guy. He replaced both springs and door seal and had the job completed in a little over an hour. My spring broke in the evening and when I called Precision they were able to set me up with a morning appointment for repairs. Brady Decker was the technician that arrived. He let me know he was on the way and when he arrived he introduced himself. We went to the garage and after his assessment of the problem he was able to give me options. I ended having the rollers, cables, bearings and springs replaced. Everything was explained and there were no surprises. Brady is a very knowledgeable and polite tech. He cleaned up when the job was completed. You would never know that he was there. I would highly recommend Brady and Precision to anyone. Good job.

Complete ripoff. I blindly trusted the company and went ahead with the repair. They charged me 824$ for replacing 2 springs which is ridiculous. I also blame myself for not doing enough research beforehand but both my cars were stuck in the garage I did not have much choice. All I can say is that I believe in KARMA and at the end it will take care of everything.

Brett Warful did an exceptional job this afternoon repairing our aging garage door, giving it new life. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and went right to work, resolving the issue. He was very thorough, super informative and very kind as he answered each of my dumb questions. He even took the time to teach me how to trouble shoot the issue if it arises again in the future. We spoke about acquiring a new garage door in the early spring (2024) so he left me several brochures to help us with our future decisions. I hardly know where to start. The garage door opener was working off and on and making a clicking sound. I never knew if it would work or not. Fortunately, I did get the car out and moved to the other side. I called Precision and had an appointment within hours. In fact, the technician was able to come before the scheduled appointment. He was so very nice, kind, and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it within a very short time. He gave me some tips on other things to do like buy a surge protector and the correct kind of light bulb to use. I would recommend Precision 100 percent to anyone. Precision was recommended to me by my neighbor who had a good experience with Precision. The serviceman (Brett) was friendly, respectful, and professional. He explained my options, gave a precise estimate for the job. I chose to get a new opener. Brett finished the install in hour to hour and half. I needed to have the garage door re-balanced. The technician was prompt, polite, and professional. He showed me that the cable on one side was rusted and frayed and replaced both sides. Also found the bearings to be worn. The door works much better now.
