We are so happy with Precision! Our original garage door needed replacement and Precision was able to get out within a day of first contact for a bid. We were able to have the garage door installed about 3 weeks after paying the initial deposit, and the installation of the door, track, rollers, and new belt-fed opener only took about 2 hours. Everyone we've dealt with has been amazing and the prices were very reasonable.

Three months ago Precision fixed my garage door and said if I just had them fix it it would be $400, but if I had them replace the rollers and springs, then I would have a 7 year protection plan. Three months later (today) the door went off track, and they come out to tell me it will be $357, and that the oversold plan from 3 months ago only protects those individual parts, and not the function of the door. The tech this time was doing his job, and was not the issue, but the company profit mechanism of overselling a warranty that doesn't really exist is horrible and will not receive another dollar from me. They did not do the work because I found someone cheaper who hasn't screwed me over.
