My experience with Precision was top notch! I received service on the same day that I called and the technician was even earlier than the promised time frame. He was knowledgeable and got the repair done quickly. I was surprised at the cost but he explained the reason for the quote to my satisfaction. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I had requested a tech who had done previous work for me, and my appointment, I assumed, was based on his schedule. However, the call I received 30 minutes prior to my appointment was from another tech. I was not pleased at this but then when John Nair arrived, he was on time, acted very professional, explained what needed to be done, and was quick with the work. I am very pleased that the wrong tech showed up at my house.

Adam called ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he showed up, he introduced himself. During his inspection, he explained everything in detail. Adam displayed fantastic customer service in his thoroughness, explanation detail, and obvious expertise. The garage door is ten years old and everything got replaced except the door itself and operator. Expertly done for a fair price and a 7 year warranty. Very happy customer!

I chose Precision because they had 24 hour service number. I was in a panic because my garage door opener wasn't working and I couldn't open the door manually. When I called an actual person answered the phone. I like that i was able to speak with a person vs a computer. The technician was very professional and friendly. I like that I wasn't being treated like a number.

Nick Ledbetter was knowledgeable and helpful. He really helped us when we were in dire need of garage repair. Our door just suddenly broke, but Nick made the process easy! He came out, told us exactly what needed to be done and gave us best and worst case scenarios. We will eventually be needing a new garage door, and when that time comes, we will be calling Precision back to do the job. Nick went above and beyond, we really appreciate it!

Cal did a great job! The timeframe they quoted me was 5-7p but he made it earlier than that! He was thorough in explaining preventive maintenance for the garage door since I told him I was a new homeowner. Thanks for making this repair less painful and very quick.
