Our service call was a warranty issue. Called in for appointment and they were there the next morning. Our service technician was Brady was there first thing in morning and he took care of issue very quickly. He also check a few other things while he was there. Very nice guy and very efficient. I am very glad we went with this company to fix garage door and replace opener.

I went through Angi's List & Precision called me. The office manager, Theresa, was very pleasant & professional. She arranged an appointment that day for a two hour window. Glen called at 11:30 AM but I thought from the area code that it was a political fund raiser. I checked the area code (Illinois) so I called Precision & a male sales person told me Glen was on the way. I went outside & he arrived some five minutes later. He also was pleasant & professional. Somehow, my opener box (3 yrs old) had been fried in the recent storm. He added a surge protector. It had to be done & Precision was very professional in how they did it. Belleville

Start to finish Precision Door was great. The Customer Service person was very helpful and courteous. Your company forwarded a bio inclusive of a photo of the tech on the early side of the time window I was given and Glen arrived within 10 to 15 minutes of that text. Glen was terrific. He diagnosed my issue efficiently and had my door back together and functioning properly in about 15-20 minutes including lubricating the hinges. He is a great representative of your company.

Brett did a fantastic job replacing the garage springs. In addition, he made sure everything was working properly and even tightening a few loose screws. He also gave us tips and recommendations. Brett was very professional while also being personable.

Was tired of having to manually open and close my garage door. I contacted Precision and they came out at a time which was convenient for me. Joel was my tech and he was very professional and helpful. Called and let me know he was on the way and arrived only 3 minutes from the estimated time he had given me. I told him I had to be at work and needed to leave at 11:30. Explained my unit was over 20 years and needed replacing. Had it replaced in no time, which gave me plenty of time to get to work and gave me easy instructions on how to operate my new unit. My son thought the price was a little high, but I told him you pay for what you don't know and not what you know. Since I didn't know how to install a new unit and he was too busy, I think I did ok. Yes if need be I would use them again. Thanks Joel for a great job.

Upon agreement that a replacement unit was the best course of action, Brent went to work and completed the task shortly thereafter. Fast and courteous service. Our 20+ year old door opener finally began failing and the Precision tech promptly diagnosed the problem and replaced our opener with a much more reliable -- and quiet -- belt drive model. He also set up our remotes and installed an outside keypad, something we never had when we bought the house.

Precision installed two replacement Liftmaster openers based on my needs and door sizes. They were easy to deal with and offered good pricing. Install was scheduled at my convenience. Precision Garage Door was able to get me in quick, with no hassle. Within 24 hours they had a technician at my house. Nick Ledbetter was very professional and well mannered. He called well in advance and was very clear about the estimate. He walked me through what was to be done, and made honest recommendations about what repairs he thought were necessary as if it were his own door. After ten years, our garage door broke. Precision had installed new and we had purchased what we believed was a complete lifetime warranty for almost a third the price of the door. The technician that came out, Jamey, was extremely thorough and explained what had happened and our options to repair. I showed him our ten year old invoice and disappointedly he advised that the warranty only covered the door the best he could tell and not the wearable parts. I advised that the price of that warranty was extremely expensive then considering what he advised were the limitations on that warranty. He offered to check with ownership (which was not the ownership ten years ago when the door was purchased and installed) and see what could be done. After a call to ownership he advised that even though the warranty is no longer offered and was something the current ownership doesnt offer, they would honor it and do the repairs at the cost of the labor. I cant tell you enough how impressive it is to know that a company in this day and age will honor the word of the former owner. But it has been what we always expected from a very reputable company like precission and it is why that is the only company we would call if a problem arises. I completely reccommend their work and when Jamey was completely finished, the door worked better than it did before it broke. thanks Precission.
