I am pleased with the technician and repairs to the garage doors. Brett did a complete inspection and determined what needed to be done. He gave me options and prices. He replaced springs on both garage doors. Including the support parts that allow the springs to work correctly. He tested the doors and they are working as required. When I need garage door help in the future I will use Precision and hope to get Brett. Since prices are going up with everything else, the least I can expect is high quality work for the price.

I called Precision about 1:30 this afternoon because my garage door would not go up or down and was making a terrible noise. I was told that someone would be by between 2-4. I was very surprised and delighted to see the repair man at 2:10. I needed a new opener and roller balls. The work was completed within just over an hour. I am very happy with the excellent customer service, quick response time, and the professionalism of the technician/repair man. And I would also like to say that the person who took my call to begin with also deserves high marks for excellent customer service as well. I think this company is top notch!

They did a thorough job of replacing the broken spring, and they did some other things to improve the door opening/closing mechanism. They explained everything that needed to be done. All that they did only took about an hour. They knew what they were doing, and I think the opening/closing mechanism is in better shape now for the long run.

Precision is a wonderful company to deal with. My garage door opener was dead and unusable. I called Precision in the evening and by noon the next day their tech was here. He took 90 minutes to install a new garage door opener system. He explained what happened to my old one and why and set out my choices for a new one. I found the cost reasonable. Tech was efficient and courteous and I love my new, quiet garage door opener. I highly recommend Precision!

My garage door had slipped off track on one side after the safety cable disengaged...called and got an appt. Kevin showed up at the scheduled time, let me know what was wrong and had it all back to functional in less that an hour. Highly recommend this business for any garage door issue, friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonable pricing.
