Our garage door broke around noon, and we called Precision. They sent Brett out at around 4:30 the same day! He had our door fixed by 6:30. Everyone was courteous and professional. Both of our cars were stuck inside the garage, so Precision really saved the day.

My manual garage door was stuck in an open position. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service at 4:30pm and a tech came out the next day at 8:30am to troubleshoot. It was a relief not to worry about being robbed waiting for an appointment. The problem was a bent roller and it was fixed quickly and efficiently. The Tech, John was polite, professional and helpful in answering my questions regarding the install of an automatic opener. I was given 3 options to choose from to fit my needs and budget. I chose a quiet belt driven model with a lifetime warranty, one opener, and wall switch. John assessed my older style door which was in good shape and recommended new rollers, so I had them installed and was pleased with the upgrade and smooth operation of the Liftgate. My neighbor recommended Precision to me and he used them for his garage doors. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and will refer them to my friends and family as I’m a happy satisfied customer. Thank you to John, Eddie and Joel who can be depended on to get the job done right with knowledge, experience and friendly customer service.

Precision made every part of this process way more enjoyable than expected. Especially after multiple companies not returning phone calls, and having delivery dates 15+ weeks out. Our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, and delightful to talk to. The scheduling staff was so kind. And our instalarion went quickly and smoothly, leaving behind a beautiful new garage door (and silent opener!). Will 100% recommend Precision to all.

They are reliable, repair man friendly & knowledgeable, but they are over priced and do not give free estimates so $89 just to come out. My friend had the same work done in IL and paid $175 less than I did.

I had issues with my double garage door staying closed. I called my warranty company and have caught h, e, you know what for over a month. This morning my door was wide open with my property exposed. I was suppose to leave town, couldn't do it. Frustrated I called the first garage door company that I saw. Thank God the receptionist I think she said Kaylee was pleasant and the gentleman who serviced and replaced my chain to a belt and all, John, was fantastic. He had a pleasant demeanor and was very informative and made me feel comfortable. I almost didn't mind spending the money. I do feel better all in all. Thank you Precision Door Service.

If you are looking for the least expensive garage door repair or new installation this would not be the company to contact. If you want the best value for your money based on quality parts and professional installation and service then I would recommend Precision. They answered all my questions and explained all my options with no sales pressure and there were no surprises from their quoted job price. I like to do my own home repairs to save money but I am glad I did not attempt this project.
