We were so happy with the service that Joel Rife gave us today. Our garage door had apparently been bumped before it was up all the way, and a roller came off and bowed the lower panel abit on one side. A spring was also affected. He corrected everything on the door and rail in record time and it works beautifully. He also saw that the trim was buckling, and had separations on the edges. He could see that not enough nails had been installed, and he put more in about 10 inches apart and it looks very well sealed now. He was kind and very pleasant, and we were extremely impressed with him and his work. If we have another issue, we would very much like Joel to take care of our garage door. Thank you!

Quick response, next day. Was able to fix the door but then there was something wrong with the opener. Needed to order a part for the opener. Three weeks later, part comes in, but it's the wrong part. Told service rep. I would just get a new garage door opener installed by someone else.
