Tyan did a great job explaining what was needed to fix my doors and finished the job in a timely manner. Very please that the parts needed where on hand and stocked. A competitor wanted me to wait 12 weeks just for parts.

I had a broken spring on my double garage door. Service technician Patrick Matthews arrived to fix it. He was very friendly and explained to me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He completed the job in about 45 minutes. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Doors and especially Patrick!

Found through Home Advisor. Had good ratings and could come out on a Saturday. The technician was thorough and knowledgeable. Gave 3 options to choose from. While I found them a bit pricey (hence the 4.5 stars out of 5) I tend to think you get what you pay for - so I am feeling optimistic that I won’t have to be calling them again in a few months or years because of the extensive work done on springs, bearings, etc.
