Had an issue with our safety eyes and are moving out and we needed to get them fixed quick. Called precision and they were out quick. Shawn Hull was are technician and he provided excellent service. He made everything easy and was able to get resolved quickly. I am calling Precision from now on and using Shawn. Very professional and kind.

When I called Precision, they were able to get someone out the next day. Jason called to say he could come earlier. He showed me the problem and explained my options. I was impressed that he remembered repairing our other door years ago. He was very pleasant and repaired the door. It now works like new!
