We called for service and were told window of 5:00 - 7:00, Shawn called to advise he was on his way and arrived promptly. He evaluated the problem, advised what was needed and went to work. He was respectful, personable and extremely professional. He fixed the problem and explained all he was doing. We could not be more pleased. It meant the world to us to get the repair done so quickly, however, to have him perform the job in the way he did was a breath of fresh air. We would used your company again and request him when possible.
