Very pleased with the promptness and courteous manner of my installer. He was very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t expecting to spend as much as I did, or I would have given 5 stars! It was needed, but prices have definitely gone up since original installation! Would recommend this company again!

Called in for service and they scheduled my appointment between 10 am and 2 pm. Josh D called me before 10 and let me know he was on his way and would here in 20 minutes. Josh D arrived and was very respectful and professional young man. He inspected my garage door assembly. Made recommendations and gave me options on my quote. I went with the 10 year warranty springs. Josh went to work and repair was made very quickly. He did a Good quality job and I would ask for him again. Thanks Again Josh D

Today I needed my Garage repaired. I called Presision and they promptly came out and did the repair. Technician was very polite and professional and fixed my door quickly I would highly recommend them. Best of all fair pricing. The lady on the phone was exceptional. I will definitely call again for future repairs when needed.

I'm so glad I called Precision when the spring on our garage door broke recently. I called close to 4pm on that day and they were able to be at our home between 10-12 the next morning. Brent Halbur was the service tech. He was so kind and thorough. Not only did he replace the spring he also lubed the other parts to the door and our 2nd garage door as well. I'll definitely recommend Precision to our family and friends. They took care of us quickly and their prices are very good. 5* rating from the Kohls.

Was chosen from a google search when putting in Lift Master doors. We purchased 2 used garage doors and called Precision to come out to check to see if we had anything missing, parts, etc. The service tech that came out was very friendly, knowledgeable and keep in touch with us until our appt time. We were pleased and he had every part we needed and was able to install it right on the spot. The only suggestion I would make is that if you have work done while they are here, the $48 service fee should be included, deducted from total of the bill, not in addition to the bill. Of course over a certain amount. Ex: we were charged $88 for labor, plus the parts and additional $48 service fee. Other than that I would have to give you a 5 star.
