It's been several weeks since having my garage door repaired. I don't like to give a same day review. However, my garage door has been working great, no problems. I used Precision Door because of the courteous office staff at the time of the call, being able to be placed in line for servicing. And service personnel was also courteous, and knowledgeable. Repairing my door in short time. I usually use the door company that installed the doors, for my doors it will be Precision. Sincerely Stephen B

First off, I used your Live Chat service since it was after hours when our garage door mishap happened, and I was so surprised to be able to chat with someone so late! Having an after hours option like that is so great! They got an appointment scheduled right away for the next day. If I could, I would give our repairman, Collin, more than 5 stars. He was wonderful to work with. He was prompt at arriving, courteous, professional, and really took the time to explain everything. These days it is hard to find superior customer service and you all really went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend your company to anyone!
