One of my other garage door spring was broken and he could not fix it while there, yet you advertise you carry all of the needed parts on the trucks. Called several times for to get this fixed and could not get a call back! Finally call a different company!

As always, appreciative of the service. This time however, I originally went to the web site on 12/6 & "chatted" with someone who took my information & scheduled a tech to my house on 12/7 between 12:00 & 4:00. When they did not show up, I called & the girl told me that she had no record of the appointment nor the chat. But she was able to get someone to me the next day but we were waiting at the house for 4 hrs the day before. Just FYI regarding the chat.

Precision continues to stand behind their work 16 months after the installation. When I purchased my new Garage Door, I also purchased a Chamberlain B6765T Smart Garage Door Opener and contracted Precision to installed it. Everything seemed fine but the opener grew weaker and weaker until it stopped working. Precision came several times to help me troubleshoot the problem and ensure it was not a problem with the door. It is the opener. In hindsight, I shod have purchased the opener from Precision along with the door. The team at Percision has gone above and beyond.

I felt that the price charged was way too much. I can accept the $75 service fee. But an additional $101.55 for MAINTENANCE, that the Repairman said would take 10 minutes, is a little ridiculous. It took him longer to prepare the online bill than to service the garage door. Then when I asked him how frequently I should have the door checked, he said every 6 months. Are you kidding me?? It's only been about 4 years since your Company installed a brand new garage door! J. Nichols

The young man who replaced our broken spring and installed the new garage door opener, was very kind and seemed to be very knowledgeable of the products. We had to call someone out right away because the eyes were out of alignment and we couldn’t make the door open and close consistently. We also received a “precision” remote control and a generic remote control. At this point, the generic remote control doesn’t work at all! The other one does, but we often have to press it a couple of times to get it to work. I would like to have a new precision remote control sent to me. For $1500 I think we should expect two working remotes. We used precision at our previous home and had no problem. We replaced springs twice in the years we lived there and replaced the door opener with a new and quieter model. Everything still works great there. My daughter bought the house. I hope we don’t need to call anyone about our garage again, but if we do, I’m not sure we’ll call precision.

It's been quite a while since I needed help with a garage door, and I wasn't entirely sure I had dealt with Precision Door Service then. However when I called to inquire about the service needed today, the receptionist responded very pleasantly and quickly came up with my name, address, and email address, post office address, and both phone numbers that I was using at the time. I told her which one of those numbers I am still using. That knowledge reassured me that I was indeed dealing with the same company - and I had been quite satisfied then and continuing to the present. I was very favorably impressed with that telephone operator and delighted when she told me that I would have service this very afternoon! The man, Dakota, who came to perform the service, solved quite quickly the problem of a door that was responding erratically, and he pointed out that while one of the units was reasonably new, the other "might be close to 50 years old" and might not be reliable too much longer. (I'm sure his estimate is correct, as the house was built "back in the 60's in the previous century.") While it was an expense I hadn't expected, it did seem quite reasonable to replace it. His manner gave me confidence that he "knew what he was doing!" The service man was also pleasant and polite, thanking me in a sincere manner when I offered and then supplied him with ice water, and then more. My two golden retrievers are "important family members," and I am always relieved if someone here to help with a problem unrelated to my dogs, reacts appropriately and kindly to them, as Dakota did today. In fact, he helped me locate a ball that had gotten stuck in a tree in the backyard when the dog and a human friend were playing "retrieve." It turned out it was a different ball than the one I thought had been lost - but - regardless, my dogs were happy to have it again.

The young man told me very quickly what the problem was, he gave me a price to repair . He was very polite and did his job very fast, he showed me how to operate the new one and he told me this would be much quiter than the old one,this is belt driven not chain drive.Only thing he did not have the LED light bulb he told me to purchase the Genie bulb because it would not interfear with the remote he was right.It now works from down the street of my house.
