When Precision first came out not even a whole month ago, the tech told us his work was warrantied for 1 year. When we had to call back for the same problem we were told the work was no longer warrantied. What kind of business is this that doesn't hold to their word? I give you a two star for fixing the door again, but a zero star for not standing behind your work!!!!
