Cam did a great job. He inspected the system on a friday and determined the electronic components were not working at all. He reviewed three possible options and I decided to go with one with cost savings and waited until the next monday for him to get new lift master belt drive model that would fit existing rail an belt assembly. Old system was ten year old chamberlain model. New system works great. Worth a little wait.

EXTREMELY impressed with Precision Garage Doors. They promptly responded to my call/email when my springs broke. My technician, Kyle, was so friendly and personable. He was very knowledgeable and professional, explained what I needed and the cost involved and finished the work in a timely manner. I was also very impressed with the constant phone calls and text messages letting me know when he would arrive. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Both garage doors needed replacing. I called 5 companies and they were the only ones to call me back. I checked with the Better Business Bureau and they had no negative comments only favorable ones. The price was excellent and the service was above and beyond. Jessie was the installer and he took out 2 doors and all the hardware and everything new up and running perfectly in 2 hours! great company to do business with!

Called late on a Friday and got service scheduled for first thing the following morning. Josh called and let me know when he was 15 minutes away. He was extremely friendly and make quick work on getting the repair done. He made sure before he left to explain the repairs he made as well as what could have caused the springs to break originally.

The technicians were very friendly and courteous. They resolved our problem in a matter of minutes. We have two garage doors and they lubrecared both of them. They reset all four of our remote openers so that any remote can be used to open either garage door. It’s little things like this that really make a difference.

I had a dual spring garage with one broke spring. Jeff Goff arrived with a fantastic attitude and was very knowledgeable when asked about the process that was going to take place to fix the spring. Jeff fixed the spring and the garage was repaired fully! Jeff arrived precisely on time and I would highly recommend him and precision door services to anyone that needs their garage door fixed. We are very pleased with our new belt driven garage door opener. The technician arrived a little earlier than the appt which was fine with us. He did a good job even on a very cold day! It's a lot quieter than our other door which is wonderful and also insulated, which our other door was not. Overall, we are happy with our purchase and the service that was provided.
