I am very concerned about the high cost ($684.80) compared to time spent doing the repair (35 mins.). Actually half of that 35 mins was used for inspection and preparing and discussing three estimates and one invoice. Also, I’m concerned about not getting the materials installed that I purchased. The installer (Jason) was very nice and did a quick repair. He was maybe more aggressive in trying to pressure me into buying more parts and services ($1000.00) that I didn’t need. I called Precision because I was unable to contact my garage door company and my car was unable to be removed from the garage with the door broken. I selected Precision because of their advertisement having the word “Trust”. The repair was performed on 9/21, I paid on 9/21, I received the invoice by email on 9/22, after requesting via phone. I reached out to Precision 3 days later to talk to the owner. I was told that Rick would contact me. I’ve heard nothing from from Precision as of this date.

We started out needing a door spring replaced, 30 plus year old door, looked on line for door repairs and came across Precision Door Service, called them, they took my information and a set the appointment. I received a confirmation in an email, with the techs name, picture and time to be there. They arrived in the time frame as indicated, tech was very professional, gave us several options to repair our door, but after further review we decided to go with a new door instead of investing in our old one. Tech made temp repairs to door so we could still use till new door arrived. Our new door arrived and the same type of professionalism was carried on again, from the schedule of the install, to the confirmation, to the tech information as to who to expect on installation. Our tech Steve, made contact when on way, was on time, handled the install, and total clean up and removal of old door. Steve was very professional in his explanation of what was to be done and what I could expect, went over the door and all its warranty information, could not be any happier with Steve and his workmanship. Thanks Precision Door Service, job well done!!!
