Being a first time homeowner, and only being in my home for no more than two months. Having my spring to my garage door just break, can you say depressing. I called Precision (3x) and every time they were professional and helpful. They schedule an appointment for the very next day, and Jason Padrick came out fixed my garage door. He was so informative, explain how to help with the longevity of door. Thanks Precision and thank you Jason.

I had a horrible experience with another vendor when I requested a technician for repair to our garage door opener. The experience is lengthy and I won't bore customers with details. However, I would like to brag on Precision for the promptness and particularly on their tech Jason Padrick. He was very prompt and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and a couple of options for the repairs. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Precision (and Jason) to anyone. Thanks again guys.
