The repair person called when he was on his way and arrived during the promised time frame. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a written estimate, and performed the work to which I agreed. After the work was completed, my garage door opener worked fine. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Please extend to Blake our gratitude for a job well done. He was very professional in his presentation and while introducing the benefits of a more extensive replacement he was respectful of our situation. The response time was excellent and while I feel the service call charge and the labor charge was reasonable the parts charge of $130 for a chain gear and sprocket was excessive. This is what changed my 5 star score to a 4. Nothing to do with the response time or Blake’s professionalism. Thanks

I called Precision door late Saturday afternoon after garage door wouldn't open and I saw the spring above the door was broken. They said someone could be at my house Sunday afternoon. Blake called saying he was ahead of schedule and could come by earlier (awesome). He gave me great advice on garage doors and accurate estimate on the repair. It took about an hour and the door is better than new and QUIET. Great job on a Sunday Precison!

Great service fast and professional. However the tech brought the wrong rubber seal for the bottom of the door. He said he would be back to put the right one on. I paid the service in full and hope he will return soon to put right one on.

Called late Tuesday and spoke with tech and set up appointment for Wednesday between 10 and 12. Zach called ahead of time to let me know his eta. Zach was very good and professional in his job and let me know what he was going to do and rough cost. Was very happy with service I received on the phone and from Zach on site. Will recommend precision to other friends and family.

Came out same door to fix a broken spring. We decided to replace our old door with an insulated one so they didn't charge us for the repair. They also price matched another quote we had gotten. Some minor blips along the way getting a LARGE sized sample of the mahogany color to see how'd it would look against our brick, but they made everything right. I would use them again.
